The Project Manager/Vendor Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all project management and vendor administration activities for the bank. This role ensures projects are delivered effectively while supporting enterprise risk and third‑party risk oversight. The position will lead complex projects and initiatives across multiple bank systems, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure vendor onboarding, contract controls and ongoing monitoring are performed in accordance with the Project Management and Vendor Management Policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Project Management Professional certification preferred. Minimum of five years of project management experience with at least five years in a technology related service field. Proven experience managing projects across multiple locations. Valid driver’s license is required. Understands Federal and State banking rules and regulations and Union State Bank policies. Bank‑related courses strongly recommended.
Ability to communicate, written and verbal, effectively with people both internally and externally. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to identify and resolve problems. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to work with all levels within the organization. Basic computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft products. Able to handle confidential information and positively represent the company.

Work is performed in an office environment. Prolonged (90%) sitting and periodic (less than 10% of the time) physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry or push heavy objects or materials weighing up to 50 pounds; Constant and repetitive use of arms and hands below shoulder level for computer usage; This position requires the individual to perform normal office activities including, but not limited to, lifting, filing and retrieving, operating office equipment, etc. Travel between locations is required.
