Aldridge Electric, a leader in energy and transportation infrastructure, is seeking a Project Manager to lead BIM and VDC implementation on a Monroe, Louisiana project. The role involves collaborating with the project team to deliver a quality project safely, on time, and within budget, with about 25% travel to the site.

You will manage planning, costs, and relationships with customers and subcontractors while ensuring contract compliance through the Aldridge project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 1-4 years managing BIM and VDC processes.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business management, or equivalent.
• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Project Manager (VDC/BIM Management)

What we are looking for: Aldridge is seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic Mission Critical team for a project in Monroe, Louisiana. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget with a focus on BIM and VDC management. This role can work remote with about 25% of travel to the job site.

What you'll do:

• Contribute to project planning
• Track and control costs and labor on one or many complex construction projects
• Maintain customer relationships
• Coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers
• Ensure contract compliance
• Execute a project through the entire Aldridge Project Lifecycle

Who you are:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• 1-4 years of experience managing the BIM and VDC process and application to the project
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent construction/Union trade background
• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time
• Willing to travel

What we offer:

The annual base pay for this role is between $85,000 - $150,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions.
