Construction Manager (Mission Critical)

Aldridge is seeking anConstruction Manager (Mission Critical) to join our dynamic and energetic team in Monroe, LA.

What we are looking for:

This role will manage and control profit, loss, and field production in accordance with the business plan (budget) for ourMission Critical division.

What you’ll do:

• Actively participate in division planning and perform other corporate leadership tasks as assigned by the team.
• Hold accountability for execution, operations and completion of assigned contracts.
• Provide operational and administrative leadership to field and Project Managers.
• Contribute to management meetings, project-planning meetings, project execution and project closure meetings.
• Promote and assimilate the company’s strategic plan throughout the field and project management personnel.

Who you are:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction market.
• Technical background with engineering or field experience.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
• Willing to travel.

What we offer:

The annual base pay for this role is between $100,000.00 - 160,000.00. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions.
