Job summary

Progressive is seeking a Project Manager, Utilities, to lead utility infrastructure and capital improvement projects from planning through completion. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, procurement, design, construction, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in project management.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in project management or leadership roles.
  • Experience managing utility, energy, infrastructure, industrial, or facility-related projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and construction management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage utility and infrastructure projects from concept through construction and commissioning.
