Job summary

DeepReach is building the world’s largest real-world data business network for Physical AI. We’re creating a new profession: Data Business Entrepreneur, and seek an exceptional Operations Program Manager to scale this network in the U.S.

You’ll own a portfolio of Data Partners from onboarding through long‑term growth, acting as builder, coach, negotiator, and problem solver. This role requires strong execution, organization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of Operations, Program Management, Marketplace Operations, Trust & Safety Operations, or Vendor Operations experience
  • Experience at a fast-growing internet platform, marketplace, or AI company
  • Highly execution-oriented with exceptional ownership
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-changing startup environment
  • Flexible working hours and willing to go above and beyond to achieve team goals
  • Strong sense of accountability—you own outcomes, not just tasks
  • High energy, resilient, and proactive
  • Spanish fluency (spoken and written)
  • Experience in LLM data annotation, RLHF, data operations, or AI training data programs
  • Experience interpreting complex annotation guidelines or operational SOPs
  • Experience managing distributed vendors, contractors, or marketplace participants
  • Experience working with international teams
  • Comfortable reviewing contracts and negotiating operational partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, evaluate, and onboard new Data Partners (DPs)
  • Interpret customer data collection guidelines and translate them into clear operational instructions
  • Train DPs to execute high-quality data collection projects
  • Negotiate commercial terms and operational agreements with partners
  • Drive DP activation, conversion, engagement, and long‑term retention
  • Track operational KPIs including active devices, accepted hours, DP utilization, and quality metrics
  • Identify bottlenecks and solve operational issues quickly
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve operational efficiency
  • Build scalable operational playbooks as DeepReach expands globally

What You’ll Do

As one of the first Operations PMs in the U.S., you’ll own the success of a portfolio of Data Partners from onboarding through long-term growth.

You are not just an operator. You are a builder, coach, negotiator, and problem solver.

What We’re Looking For

Within your first 6 months, you will:

  • Build and manage a high‑performing portfolio of Data Partners
  • Increase partner activation and retention
  • Improve daily active Data Partners
  • Drive higher accepted data hours and operational quality
  • Become the operational bridge between customers, Product, and our global Data Partner network
  • Help define the operating system for one of the world’s first real‑world data business platforms
