Job summary

SREIL Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale US energy and infrastructure projects, focusing on Utility-Scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will guide multidisciplinary teams from engineering through handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and clients, overseeing procurement, construction, commissioning and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience managing US-based projects is mandatory.
• Experience with large-scale Solar PV, BESS, and renewable energy projects.
• Strong EPC, project execution and delivery knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Electrical, Civil, Structural and Mechanical engineering.
• Manage EPC contractors, vendors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Oversee engineering deliverables, design coordination, reviews and approvals.
• Monitor procurement, construction, site execution and commissioning activities.
• Manage project risks, costs, timelines, quality and resources.
• Coordinate with US clients, EORs, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely project completion and handover.

Job Description
