Heavy Level Consulting in Livermore, CA, seeks an experienced project professional to lead multi-project execution in underground utilities for public and private sectors. The role emphasizes coordination, documentation, and schedule discipline.

Applicants should have 5+ years with water/sewer/storm drain projects, proven contractor experience, and proficiency with Bluebeam, HeavyJob, and MS Office. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with public or private water, sewer, storm drain, and underground construction.
• Experience working for a contractor.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, HeavyJob and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award to closeout.
• Create material takeoffs from project drawings.
• Solicit subcontractor and supplier proposals and analyze for accuracy.
• Issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Handle insurance, permits, submittals, and staking requests.
• Ensure quality control and compliance of all project documents.
• Process change orders and track variances.
• Process billings and review subcontractor/supplier invoices.
• Pre-plan, schedule, and coordinate work with clients, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors and others.
• Maintain daily dispatch and CPM schedules.
