Role Purpose:

We seek a highly organized, adaptable team player for the role of Project Manager (PM). The PM will lead projects through all phases, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. This is a UK-based position; candidates must reside in the UK.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning: Develop project plans, confirm scope and budget, identify scope outliers, define tasks, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
  2. Project Execution: Drive collaboration, manage multiple stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to plans.
  3. Quality Management: Set and enforce quality standards, conduct QA activities.
  4. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and develop response plans for project risks.
  5. Budget & Cost Management: Manage project budgets and expenses.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
  7. Change Management: Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes, assessing impacts.
  8. Project Closure: Ensure deliverables are completed, conduct lessons learned sessions.
  9. Client Relationship Management: Develop relationships, understand client needs, act as main contact.
  10. Account Growth & Retention: Identify upsell opportunities, analyze data, collaborate with sales, and deploy NPS surveys.
  11. Product & Service Delivery: Plan resources, ensure delivery, resolve issues, and maintain documentation.
  12. Other Duties: Demonstrate company values, support marketing, and perform additional duties as assigned.
