Role Purpose: We seek a highly organized, adaptable Project Manager (PM) to lead client-facing projects through all phases, ensuring timely completion and high customer satisfaction. This position is UK-based, and candidates must reside in the UK.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Project Planning: Develop project plans, define scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and mitigate risks.
  2. Project Execution: Manage collaboration, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to plans.
  3. Quality Management: Enforce quality standards and conduct QA activities.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and respond to project risks.
  5. Budget Management: Develop and control project budgets.
  6. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication, manage expectations, and provide updates.
  7. Change Management: Handle scope, schedule, and budget changes.
  8. Project Closure: Ensure deliverables are completed and conduct lessons learned sessions.
  9. Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and understand their needs.
  10. Account Growth: Identify upselling opportunities and analyze account data.
  11. Service Delivery: Ensure successful delivery of services and resolve client issues promptly.
  12. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate client and project records in relevant systems.
  13. Other Duties: Support company values, contribute to process improvements, and assist with marketing efforts.
