Job summary

Air Products seeks a Project Manager to lead HyCO turnaround events across multiple sites, driving scoping, budgeting, scheduling and safe execution. The role requires strong leadership, industrial experience and the ability to manage complex crews and stakeholders.

You will develop funding documents, coordinate with multiple departments and ensure timely, compliant project delivery while maintaining a Safety 1st culture.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines
• PMP certification a plus
• Technical, Engineering, or Construction Management degree a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned turnarounds events (maintenance and capital projects) through scoping, execution and close-out
• Develop funding documents, scope, budget, schedule and execution strategy for turnarounds
• Manage communications on schedule, budget and progress with key stakeholders
• Travel 30–40% as workload requires

It's important to note that individual compensation packages are determined based on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to experience, and qualifications.
