Job summary

Frampton Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial or industrial construction projects with strong leadership and supervisory experience. The role involves coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring project milestones are met on time.

Willingness to travel is required. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of construction experience, up to 1 year in preconstruction, and 3+ years of direct supervisory work across industrial, commercial, distribution, or manufacturing

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
  • Up to one year of preconstruction experience.
  • At least three years of direct supervisory experience.
  • Industrial, commercial, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects are preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly project reviews, progress meetings, subcontractor coordination, and OAC meetings; clearly communicates the project plan.
  • Emphasizes delivering KPIs to ensure project success.
  • Identify and manage project risks; provide risk mitigation strategies.
  • Direct procurement strategy; validate pricing, scope, and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Develop and monitor the project budget; review costs relative to budget and highlight discrepancies to improve financial performance.

Project Manager | Minimum of five (5) years of commercial or industrial construction experience, up to one (1) year of preconstruction experience, and at least three (3) years of direct supervisory experience.   • Participates in the development of the project budget. Regularly reviews costs relative to the budget and highlights discrepancies to enable improved financial performance
  • Provides expertise and analysis for prime contract and subcontract change orders.
