Role Description

The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Westminster, CO. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing transmission and distribution engineering projects from initiation through completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, managing resources, tracking budgets, and communicating with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure milestones are met. The Project Manager monitors project progress, identifies risks, implements corrective actions, and ensures compliance with technical standards and safety requirements. The role also involves preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and follow-up of materials and services.
• Inspection experience for quality control, compliance verification, and oversight of field and vendor activities.
• Logistics Management skills to organize shipments, manage inventories, and support efficient project workflows.
• Experience in utility, power, or engineering projects, preferably in transmission or distribution environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
