Job summary

IB Abel Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Transmission and Distribution utility construction projects from start to finish, focusing on planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

The role requires thorough, precise work and a collaborative team spirit in a fast-moving environment. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of project management experience, strong MS Office skills (Excel/Word/Project), and are local to Pennsylvania with willingness to travel to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and MS Project.
• Local to Pennsylvania with willingness to travel to other offices and sites.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Quality & Project Management: review documents, plan outages, coordinate material delivery, ensure on-site readiness, support safety plans.
• Customer Relations: service client promptly, resolve issues with owners/engineers/subcontractors, attend final walk-down.
• Internal/External Communication: pre-construction planning, attend progress meetings, site visits, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Financial Management: prepare cost projections, change orders, track project costs and gross profit.
