Description

The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring that each is delivered on time, within budget, and meets client expectations. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee Project Management: Lead the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Provide Leadership: Guide and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate Project Requirements: Ensure seamless coordination between project disciplines, facilitating synergy and efficiency across all aspects of the project.
• Monitor Reporting Systems: Review and manage project reporting systems, preparing detailed progress and cost reports for clients and senior management.
• Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Prepare Competitive Bid Packages: Develop and organize detailed bid packages, inviting competitive proposals for project work.
• Bid Analysis & Award Recommendations: Review, analyze, and clarify bids, making well-informed recommendations for contract awards.
