As the Executive Assistant to the CMO, you will act as a personal project manager, creating a dynamic and efficient environment. You will streamline the inbox, calendar, and task management, maintaining a zero inbox and scheduling intelligently. You will support the CMO in tracking action items across the company, providing a front-row seat to the internal rhythms of a cutting-edge AI and compute company. This role extends beyond travel coordination and is fundamentally a project management position.

This role is remote, with a preference for candidates in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

You will:

• Serve as air traffic control for the CMO’s time and communications
• Create repeatable systems for automating repetitive tasks
• Maintain zero-inbox and surface urgent items
• Take notes and track action items across 1:1s, team meetings, and cross-functional workstreams
• Anticipate needs - triage, schedule, and escalate with clarity and precision
• Partner with internal stakeholders to keep projects unblocked
• Assist with event, travel, and personal logistics
• Stay in sync with the priorities of the CMO’s office

Experience & Qualifications:

• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting executives or companies in high-growth environments
• A background in project management, operations, or EA-related roles
• Created systems that coordinate across GSuite, PowerPoint, and other tools
• Integrated automations and tooling
• Pride in professionalism
• A sense of timing: when to be invisible and when to step in
• A curiosity about AI and compute

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k, including base and variable targets. Factors such as experience, skills, education, background, and location influence the actual offer.
