• Must have project management experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations.
• Requires State of Texas or similar Federal/State PM experience.
• Experience in project management / systems analysis leading legacy modernization projects.
• Experience with the Texas State Delivery Framework.
• Experience with low-code/no-code solutions.
• Familiarity with Texas statewide systems.
• Knowledge of the Texas QAT process for MIRP.
