• Extensive project management experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations.
• Experience in State of Texas or similar Federal/State project management.
• Leading and managing legacy modernization projects.
• Experience with Texas Project Delivery Framework.
• Experience with low code/no code solutions.
• Experience with Texas statewide systems.
• Knowledge of State of Texas QAT process for MIRP.
