Qualifications

Extensive project management experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations.
Experience in State of Texas or similar Federal/State project management.
Leading and managing legacy modernization projects.
Experience with Texas Project Delivery Framework.
Experience with low code/no code solutions.
Experience with Texas statewide systems.
Knowledge of State of Texas QAT process for MIRP.
