The Company’s racino, Fairmount Park - Casino & Racing, features live racing, electronic gaming machines, live table games, food and beverage amenities, and pari-mutuel betting.Job Description:Planning & DeliveryManage project execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology projects across business systems, data, AI, and custom applications.Build project plans: Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.Track progressions: Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, resource constraints, and timeline changes as they arise.Stakeholder Communication & CoordinationFacilitate project meetings: Schedule and lead meetings with business stakeholders, Technology Solutions team members, vendors, and other project participantsClarify project direction: Partner with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, priorities, and implementation needs.Report on status: Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders and leadership, including progress, key decisions, risks, and next steps.Coordinate cross-functional teams: Align activities across Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, developers, system administrators, vendors, and business teams.Manage vendor relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and contract terms are met.Implementation & Change ManagementSupport go-live readiness: Lead change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training coordination, deployment readiness, and post-launch follow-up.Coordinate testing and launch: Oversee testing, user acceptance testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.Validate deployment success: Confirm systems, data, and processes are functioning as expected post-launch, and coordinate fixes for any issues identified.Documentation & GovernanceMaintain project records: Keep accurate project information, documentation, and updates in Jira and other project management tools.Follow governance standards: Adhere to established project management, delivery, governance, and release-management processes.Support broader team needs: Perform other duties as assigned by direct management.Other duties assignedQUALIFICATIONSEducationBachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience consideredPMP, CAPM, ScrumMaster, or Agile/Scrum certification preferredExperience4+ years in project management, business analysis, or technology implementationBackground supporting business applications, system implementations, or process improvementsExperience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Jira, data platforms, AI, or custom applications preferredExperience with large-scale implementations (150+ users) preferredBackground as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Salesforce Administrator preferredExperience with change management, UAT, training coordination, or post-implementation support preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong track record partnering with business users, technical teams, and leadershipExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsSkilled at managing multiple priorities and resolving project risksProficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft TeamsFamiliar with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologiesBase Pay Range:$102,000-110,000/yrThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
