Accel Entertainment, Inc. is hiring for a Planning & Delivery lead to steward technology projects across business systems, data, and AI. You will build plans, track milestones, and manage risks while coordinating executives, stakeholders, and vendors.

You will drive go-live readiness, testing, adoption, and post-launch support, ensuring deployments meet quality and governance standards within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management, business analysis, or technology implementation.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Jira, data platforms, AI, or custom applications.
• Experience with large-scale implementations (150+ users) preferred.
• Background as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Salesforce Administrator preferred.
• Experience with change management, UAT, training coordination, or post-implementation support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects across business systems, data, AI, and custom apps.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress, address risks, resource constraints, and timeline changes as needed.
• Lead meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and project participants; define goals and scope.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership with decisions, risks, and next steps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across BAs, QA, devs, admins, and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors; manage deliverables and contract terms.
• Lead go-live readiness, change management, training coordination, and post-launch support.
• Oversee testing and user acceptance testing; coordinate post-implementation fixes.
• Maintain project records in Jira and governance adherence.
