We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Sustainability Project Manager to join our Environmental & Sustainability team in the United States. The position offers flexible location and requires travel.

Responsibilities:

• Grow our sustainability consulting practice in the US
• Lead client engagements including sustainability reports, ESG ratings, setting goals, benchmarking, and auditing
• Provide technical and peer review support for client deliverables
• Identify and develop sustainability-related business opportunities
• Collaborate with global environmental, engineering, and project teams
• Recruit, develop, and support our team members

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in sustainability, environmental engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 15 years' experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related areas
• Business development and client engagement experience
• Deep knowledge of the US environment and sustainability market
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• In-depth understanding of environmental legislation
