Sysco is driving a company-wide transformation to embed sustainability into our core business strategy and operations. The Manager, Sustainability Program and Stakeholder Engagement, plays a critical role in advancing this transformation by managing cross-functional programs, enabling delivery through structured project planning, and coordinating stakeholder engagement across the enterprise.
This role is central to Sysco’s sustainability team, working across business units, functions, and external stakeholders to translate strategy into action. The ideal candidate is an expert at driving complex initiatives, connecting dots, fostering clarity, tracking progress, and delivering high-quality materials for internal and external audiences — from the boardroom to the business unit.
Required: Bachelor’s Degree; 4–6+ years in project management, transformation, strategy, communications, or sustainability; experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders; ability to work with senior executives; strong writing and presentation skills; tech-savvy with Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and project tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Planner, Asana); team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Preferred: Degree in Sustainability.
