Job Title: Project Manager – Construction
Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout across a range of sectors including healthcare, civil infrastructure, and commercial development. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Locations: Various, Ohio and surrounding states

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts

Coordinate with field leadership (Superintendents, Foremen) to ensure alignment between office and jobsite execution

Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract administration

Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and cost impacts

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and applicable building codes

Lead project meetings, provide regular status updates, and maintain clear documentation

Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting

Support business development efforts including estimating, proposals, and client relationship management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3–10+ years of project management experience in construction (sector experience may include healthcare, civil, commercial, industrial, or institutional)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects or complex scopes simultaneously

Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods (Design‑Build, CMAR, etc.)

Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)

Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost controls, and forecasting

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills

Preferred Experience (Varies by Project Type)

Healthcare Construction: Experience with hospital or clinical environments, ICRA compliance, infection control protocols

Civil Construction: Experience with infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities), DOT standards, heavy site work

Commercial Construction: Experience with ground‑up or tenant improvement projects across office, retail, or mixed‑use developments
