United Future is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent for custom home new construction in Fredericksburg, VA. The role will oversee 5–10 ongoing projects, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in custom residential construction and proven leadership. Competitive salary with bonus, 401K, vacation, insurance, and a $12k/year car allowance are offered.

• Managing multiple projects (5-10 typically) at one time with average construction costs $390k to $550k (or higher).
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership in New Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a great compensation package including:

• Competitive Salary & Bonus Structure ($80-85k salary DOE + Bonus)
