SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Project Manager/Superintendent for custom home new construction in Fredericksburg, VA. The candidate will lead multiple custom residential projects (typically 5–10) with project costs ranging from $390k to $550k, leveraging strong team-building and customer communication skills.

We offer a competitive compensation package with an $80k–$85k base salary plus bonus, 401K, paid vacation, and annual car allowance.

PROJECT MANAGER/SUPERINTENDENT

A Regional single-family Custom Home Builder with a small-company feel & extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level. They work in 50+ offices across 12 states and work directly with the local clients to build custom homes in affordable niche.

Basic Qualifications

• Candidate will have 5 + years experience in custom residential construction (preferably in scattered lot or running multiple projects in various locations).
• Managing multiple projects (5-10 typically) at one time with average construction costs running $390k up to $550k (or higher)
• 5+ year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
• Candidate will need to express good team-building skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a great compensation package including:

• Competitive Salary & Bonus Structure ($80-85k salary DOE + Bonus)
• Bonus = $500-1000 / home completed
