Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd. is partnering with a growing steel industry company to recruit a Project Manager in Washington, USA. You will oversee projects from award through completion, coordinating customers, suppliers, detailing, schedules and material deliveries to keep projects on track.

The role requires 2–5 years of construction PM experience, familiarity with structural steel or related metals, and the ability to read drawings and manage change orders. Company offers strong benefits and growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Experience within structural steel, miscellaneous metals, joists or decking highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and coordination.
• Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Relevant degree preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, schedules and material deliveries.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, detailing teams and logistics partners.
• Prepare and manage RFIs and change orders.
• Monitor project costs and address potential issues or delays.
• Coordinate shop drawings and required project documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and customer communication.
• Work closely with internal teams throughout project execution.
