We aren't looking for a passive coordinator who waits for direction. We want an aggressive, ownership-driven Enterprise Project Manager who takes charge of both internal and external projects, collaborating with vendors and resources to ensure they are executed flawlessly.

Serving as the direct liaison between the client and our Field Operations team, you will take absolute ownership of project delivery, ensuring every installation is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will command the schedule, oversee equipment configurations, and ensure information within NetSuite remains completely accurate. This isn't just an administrative job; it's a strategic command post where you will perform risk management, control costs, and drive cross-departmental accountability.

You belong here if you have a minimum of three years of project management experience and a standard of execution so high that missed deadlines or disorganized work genuinely bother you. When a vendor delays a shipment or a technical issue arises, you dig in, navigate the problem, and commit to the outcome before leadership even has to ask. This seat is decidedly not for someone who needs constant direction or expects a rigid 9-to-5-while regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you must be available whenever a tech is on-site, including nights and weekends. You must be ready to work full-time and fully in-office at our Tempe, Arizona, location to drive our high-performance culture through direct collaboration.
