The role focuses on cost, schedule, and performance, with on-site leadership Monday–Friday and travel as needed. The position requires a BS degree with at least 3 years in project management or construction, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work with Procore, MS Project, and Excel.

Qualifications

• BS degree or commensurate experiences with at least 3 years of experience in project management and/or construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and drive profit and growth.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in Procore, MS Project, Excel and other advanced project management software.
• Prior military experience required.
• Secret clearance preferred or must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule and performance for facility modernization and general construction projects.
• Manage quality execution of each project.
• Work closely with JANSON’s Program Director.
• Ensure projects are executed on-time and on-budget.
• Respond to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions.
• Coordinate with clients and government personnel such as DPW.
• Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and contract terms are adhered to.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as our in-house design team, subcontractors, and customers to ensure program alignment and success.

JANSON is seeking a passionate, purposeful, and problem-solving individual to serve as a Project Manager for our Integrated Mission Environments team. This position will lead and oversee facility modernization projects ranging from dining facilities and commissaries to workspaces and conference rooms. The primary focus of this job is centered on managing cost, schedule, and performance. This role requires someone with the skill sets to manage general construction/ facility modernization projects.

This position will be based at our Headquarters in Fairfax, VA with frequent travel domestically and will require the candidate to be onsite Monday – Friday, and as the project requires.

Start : Immediately

Clearance: Secret (Must be clearable)
