ECM is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an on-site role in Eunice, NM. You will oversee all obligations of assigned projects, establish the project team, define strategy, and supervise cost, schedule, and risk in line with client procedures and HS&E requirements.
You must report status to senior leadership, prepare periodic updates, and ensure deliverables are approved with successful final inspection and commissioning. DOE/Nuclear experience is preferred.
This Project Manager role is an on-site role in Eunice, NM.
Responsible for the successful oversight and effective delivery of all obligations of project(s) assigned for a uranium enrichment facility, which provides enriched uranium to the commercial nuclear power industry. Project Manager is accountable for establishing the integrated project team; setting execution strategy; oversight of cost, schedule and risk for the project; leading definition, planning, estimating, and execution in line with Client procedures and HS&E requirements. Must clearly report the status of the project to senior leadership and complete periodic reports / updates, as required, and ensure that projects are completed within the allocated time and budget. All deliverables, including project documentation, must be submitted and approved by Client, with successful final inspection and commissioning of project.
Must be able to successfully complete any training and screening elements required to obtain a NRC L-level security clearance for site access.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $96,000 - $210,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
