Job summary

Insight is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead delivery of strategic initiatives for clients. This role is fully remote and requires guiding cross‑functional teams using waterfall, hybrid, and agile methods.

The ideal candidate has a BA/4-year degree, 7+ years of related experience, PMP or Agile cert, strong communication, and a proven risk‑management track record. Compensation is $110,000–$130,000 with bonus and benefits.

• Experience with hybrid methodologies and agile delivery of technical projects.
• PMP or Agile certification.
• Proven track record guiding and leading project teams.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and program teams to deliver strategically visible solutions using waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies.
• Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation through close-out and transition.
• Help define and drive strategic direction for Insight and its clients.
• Build key relationships with clients and leaders.
• Mitigate risk and proactively address project issues.
• Drive tangible improvements in PM capabilities.
• Assist with business development to grow Insight Services.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.

Education

Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university

7+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in IT services

Experience with hybrid methodologies and agile delivery of technical projects

PMP or Agile certification

Track record of success guiding and leading project teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer relationship management skills

Ability to mentor less experienced Project Managers

About the role

The Project ManagerSr(PM)is responsible formanaging,directingand overseeing thedelivery ofassigned projects and programs.The PM provides visible leadership,accountabilityand authority over high profile projects and programs delivered to Insight clients. The PM works independently andexhibitsa high degree of initiative in resolving problemsencounteredand developing recommended solutions.The PM must be flexiblein deliveringprojects with different methodologies based on client and team needs.Job responsibilities include:

What you'll need to join Insight:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university

The base salary range for this position is typically $110,000 to $130,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
