Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager for sports and golf construction projects in Lee’s Summit, MO, with approximately 70% travel and responsibility for 10–12 active projects at a time.

You will coordinate crews, vendors, and schedules, serve as the lead with architects and engineers, and use Procore for daily reporting and billing. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction/project management experience, OR an engineering degree with strong interest in construction.
• Concrete experience preferred; earthwork and sitework experience also considered.
• Experience with project management software.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of projects and competing priorities.
• Comfortable with approximately 70% travel.
• Must live locally in the Kansas City/Lee’s Summit area.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Build Projects People Actually Use

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a growing construction team specializing in golf courses, athletic fields, sports complexes, and related site construction.

This is a hands‑on, high‑volume PM opportunity where you will manage projects ranging from approximately $1.3M to $12M across the Midwest and East Coast.

You’ll work closely with superintendents, architects, engineers, crews, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving from start to finish.
