Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years commercial plumbing/mechanical experience.
• 1 year of prior project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall profitability of their projects. Ensure proper timelines and all requirements are met for all projects.
• Reviews job cost, job status, manpower and change order reports to provide analysis monthly.
• Coordinates proper manpower and equipment for each job and oversees buyout process, closeouts and change orders.
• Conducts weekly job-site visits and meetings; ensures setup, contract review, and scheduling accuracy.
• Generates project manager reports and communicates with stakeholders regularly.
