Responsibilities include developing business and technical requirements; designing and building reports; supporting the requirements and design of queries, APIs, and system interfaces; performing system testing and configuration; troubleshooting and resolving system issues; and serving as a liaison between IT and supported business units. The position typically leads or participates as a member of cross-functional project teams and may also work independently as an individual contributor on assigned projects and initiatives. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and provide timely and effective support for enterprise systems and services. Occasional evening and weekend work, overtime, and response to enterprise application outages or escalations may be required based on project and operational support needs.

Project Manager
Salary: $99,777.63 - $144,170.54 per year; commensurate with experience and qualifications. The UCE-FIT Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) dictates the compensation, benefits, and conditions of employment. Hiring Salary: $99,777.63 per year with step increments per Salary Schedule 96, after one year of service and annually thereafter.
Days/Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm, in person; work schedule subject to change based on needs of the department.
