Job summary

USA Rare Earth, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Site & Infrastructure to lead critical development efforts at our Round Top Project (El Paso, Texas).

You will manage infrastructure workstreams, coordinate contractors, schedules, and budgets, and partner with engineering, permitting, and field teams to deliver key milestones and DFS objectives. Join a team building the only fully integrated mine-to-magnet supply chain in the Western Hemisphere and help power EVs, clean energy, electronics,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management (infrastructure, energy, mining, or heavy civil).
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management.
• Experience with complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Willingness to travel (~50%).
