Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Project Manager Senior for a client in the biotech/pharma industry.

Position details:

• Type: Full-time – Contract
• Duration: 12 Months
• Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Remote)

Role Overview

As a Project Manager Senior, you will:

• Develop and maintain project schedules for pipeline projects
• Support programs in Pivotal, Life Cycle Management, and Commercial space
• Manage cross-functional teams across all modalities
• Partner with technical leads to identify deliverables and ensure alignment
• Create timeline scenarios for project execution
• Track delivery and manage repositories for Process Development deliverables
• Report on project status, risks, and product metrics
• Support business process improvements

Qualifications

Basic:

• Doctorate + 2 years or Master’s + 6 years or Bachelor’s + 8 years or Associate’s + 10 years or High school diploma + 12 years of project management experience

Preferred:

• Masters + 6 years or Bachelors + 8 years of project management experience
• Minimum 10 years in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Healthcare
• CMC experience is highly desirable
• Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $70.00 - $74.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
