About the Job

As a Project Manager on our Security team, you will oversee and drive the successful execution of key security projects supporting our security and infrastructure needs. You will collaborate closely with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure our SecOps and Security Compliance pipelines, controls, automation, and infrastructure meet business and security requirements, while enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of security-related projects, aligning with security, infrastructure, and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables.
2. Work with Security leads to identify and mitigate risks in SecOps and Security Compliance processes, ensuring efficient issue handling and preventing bottlenecks.
3. Align SecOps and Security Compliance processes with organizational goals, ensuring high-quality deployment, rapid releases, and secure environments.
4. Develop project documentation, including plans, schedules, and risk assessments. Provide regular updates to senior leadership.
5. Coordinate infrastructure projects to improve scalability, reliability, and security of cloud environments.
6. Collaborate with Security Operations, DevOps, and Compliance teams to implement security controls and drive compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, StateRAMP).
7. Lead initiatives to improve infrastructure performance, cost-efficiency, and security.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of project management experience in Security, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software development.
2. Strong understanding of Information Security, automation, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure as code, and containerization.
3. Proven ability to manage complex security projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, secure delivery of high-quality software.
4. Excellent knowledge of infrastructure management, monitoring, and security best practices for cloud environments.
5. Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborating across teams.
6. Strong organizational and leadership skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

1. Experience with security standards/frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CMMC, NIST CSF.
2. Familiarity with security tools and protocols such as IAM, encryption, vulnerability scanning.
3. Relevant certifications like PMP, Scrum Master.
4. Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
