Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP Manager with deep expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to lead enterprise warehouse transformation initiatives across complex global supply chain environments. This leader will oversee SAP delivery teams, provide strategic direction for warehouse and logistics solutions, and partner with business executives to modernize warehouse operations through SAP S/4HANA and integrated supply chain technologies.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading SAP WM/EWM implementations, global rollouts, S/4HANA transformation programs, warehouse automation initiatives, and cross-functional teams. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders while driving technical excellence, delivery quality, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) strategy, architecture, and delivery.
• Manage multiple SAP implementation and enhancement projects supporting warehouse, distribution, inventory, and logistics operations.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement, Transportation, and Operations leadership to define business requirements and technology roadmaps.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA warehouse transformation initiatives, including WM-to-EWM migration strategies.
• Direct global implementation teams consisting of functional consultants, technical developers, solution architects, project managers, and third-party system integrators.
• Develop warehouse process improvements supporting receiving, put-away, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, cross-docking, wave management, labor management, and yard logistics.
• Oversee integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules including:
• Production Planning (PP)
• Transportation Management (TM)
• Quality Management (QM)
• Inventory Management (IM)
• Lead warehouse automation initiatives including RF devices, barcode scanning, mobile warehouse applications, robotics, conveyor systems, and automated storage systems.
• Manage integration with third-party warehouse systems (WMS), transportation providers, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Establish governance, project methodology, resource planning, budgeting, and delivery standards across SAP initiatives.
• Drive Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies while managing project scope, risks, timelines, and executive communications.
• Provide leadership for testing, cutover planning, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Mentor SAP consultants and develop internal SAP capabilities across warehouse technologies.
• Ensure SAP solutions follow enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP implementation and solution delivery experience.
• 7+ years leading SAP teams or enterprise SAP programs.
• Extensive hands-on experience with:
• SAP Warehouse Management (WM)
• SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
• SAP Inventory Management (IM)
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Experience managing global SAP implementation projects.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience.
• SAP Production Planning (PP) knowledge.
• Experience with decentralized EWM environments.
