Job summary

Key2 is seeking a Senior Project Manager for IT and digital projects in Rome with hybrid/remote options. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across ICT initiatives.

You will manage requirements, oversee SDLC, apply Scrum/Kanban and Waterfall methodologies, and produce documentation. The role provides a permanent contract and opportunities for PM training within a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management roles.
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall management methodologies.
• Excellent command of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello.
• Basic technical knowledge in software development or ICT systems.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Role Description

To strengthen our team, we are seeking a Project Manager with experience in IT and digital project management. This role will enable them to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients, and ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. This role will be part of a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, working directly with our key technological development lines.

Main activities

• Planning, execution and control of end-to-end ICT projects
• Management of requirements and relationships with technical and functional stakeholders
• Coordination of internal teams (development, design, QA, data, etc.)
• Monitoring of activity progress, times, costs and quality
• Production of project documentation and reporting to the client
• Support in the pre-sales phases and drafting of technical/offer documentation

Required skills

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management roles
