Duties

• Planning and monitoring of project activities according to defined timelines and milestones;
• Supporting communication between technical teams, suppliers, and clients;
• Gathering and updating project documentation (reports, planning, meeting minutes, KPIs);
• Following up on open activities and task progress;
• Managing issues and supporting the definition of corrective actions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the role is mandatory (more than 2 years);
• Basic knowledge of project management tools;
• Degree or diploma in a related field;
• Proficiency in English is mandatory;
• Knowledge of German will be considered a plus.
