Job summary

HCLTech in San Antonio, TX, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives using Agile methodologies. You will oversee deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, and act as a Scrum Master to facilitate ceremonies and reinforce Agile practices.

You will partner with stakeholders to define scope and milestones, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery. A strong leader with excellent communication will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects following Agile methodologies. This role involves overseeing project deliverables, coordinating with cross functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. Other Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
