Job Description

Duration: 1+ year contract position on W2

MUST HAVE STRONG DATA WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE!

Seeking a talented and highly motivated individual who possesses both solid technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to fill the Scrum Master position. This role will assist in managing and coordinating all product roll-outs along with major cross-functional business projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve high performance and quality.
2. Deliver Agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users.
3. Manage multiple concurrent projects across the business.
4. Define project scope and schedule, focusing on regular and timely delivery.
5. Organize and lead project status and working meetings. Prepare progress reports, manage risks and issues.
6. Support Product Owners in managing expectations for deliverables. Manage stakeholder communications and assist in implementing effective project governance systems.
7. Ensure quality of the end deliverable, aiming for 'first time right' delivery.
8. Maintain consistency in project management and reporting across all projects.
9. Understand and manage dependencies between projects.
10. Manage impacts/effects during project rollouts ('Cause and Effect').
11. Communicate expectations clearly to stakeholders and subject matter experts.
12. Familiarity with cultures and business practices throughout the US and offshore teams.

Required Skills:

• Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and goals.
