Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules identifying deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Conduct contract reviews and negotiations with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage contracts throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide project updates on schedule and budget to PMO and executives.
• Report variances between progress and baselines.
• Prepare formal documentation in coordination with Engineering and other departments.
• Organize documentation and project information in PMO-approved systems.
• Visit customers for negotiations, kickoff, status meetings, and closeout.
• Schedule and lead meetings to review status and upcoming work.
• Create and implement new project management processes.
• Support internal projects with Engineering as needed.
• Manage bid schedules, review meetings, and bid approvals.
