This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, permitting authorities, and installation crews.**Project Management:*** Oversee the full project lifecycle for signage, service and fuel rebranding projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to client specifications.* Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on schedule, quality, and cost control.* Develop project timelines and critical path schedules in coordination with internal departments.**Permitting & Code Compliance:*** Research and apply applicable municipal, zoning, and building codes for signage.* Submit permit applications and manage the permitting process with local jurisdictions.* Act as a liaison between the company and permitting authorities to resolve code compliance or variance issues.* Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and city officials as needed to secure approvals.**Procurement*** Order and source materials for projects according to specified brand books and/or design renderings and scope of work.* Verify all materials for ship in’s for Fuel Branding projects have been received.* Maintain inventory and storage of unused materials to utilize non-returnable items in future projects.**Documentation & Reporting:*** Maintain detailed project documentation, including permits, estimates, and change orders.* Track project budgets and timelines; prepare regular progress updates and reports.* Perform project close out to ensure all expenses are accounted for and job costing is accurate**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).* 3–5 years of experience in signage, construction, or custom fabrication project management.* Proven experience with estimating, permitting, and regulatory compliance.* Strong understanding of sign types, materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods.* Proficiency in reading blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.* Proficient in Square Coil ERP**Physical & Work Requirements:*** Must be able to conduct job site visits and site surveys.* Occasional travel to client locations, city offices, and job sites.* Comfortable working in office and field environments.* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.* Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.**Benefits:*** Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.* Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.* 401(k) plan with company match.* Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Days, Holidays)* Professional development and training opportunities.**Physical Requirements:**The physical requirements of the job in an office environment, including, but not limited to the following: Prolonged sitting while operating computer and office equipment, occasional walking, minimal lifting and reaching.Compensation$24–$28/hourly
