Our Construction Project Manager works as an owner's representative, part of a program management team managing on-going construction programs for one of Sevan's quick service restaurant (QSR) clients. The field management PM will manage multiple ground up / new build projects across Florida and possibly surrounding states, while acting as an extension of the owner’s design and construction staff. Our Project Manager will oversee the work of general contractors, designers, and vendors for multiple construction sites.

This is a remote based position with recurring travel to regional job sites. Qualified candidates must live in Florida. Travel throughout Florida is required (30-60% or 2-3x per week) on an as needed basis, up to and including weekly site visits.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• On-Site project management of ground up construction activities.
• Directs and coordinates the activities of project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Proactively communicates project related issues directly with Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Director.
• Examines construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Reviews bid results, specifications, test and progress reports, and other project information necessary to gain complete familiarity with the project.
• Confirms and verifies permitting requirements related to the project or program.
• Directly manages and monitors project work in the field.
• Diligently manages change orders to projects.
• Follows established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
• Prepares and provides weekly status reports for projects.
• Proactively identifies and solves or elevates project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or quality.
• Represents the company in project meetings.
• Develops and maintains relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors and vendors to help develop new opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or 6+ years related experience and/or training.
• Experienced in project management of multi-site quick service restaurant (QSR) or fuel/c-store projects.
• Construction management of ground up / new build projects.
• Experience in multi-site, regional roll out programs, highly preferred.

Pay & Benefits

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $100,000 - $120,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan.
