Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and analyze budgets, records, logs, and production schedules to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet planning requirements.
• Work with Superintendents and project teams to develop daily and weekly plans aligned with the overall schedule.
• Ensure schedule conflicts are minimized through coordination with all trades.
• Review and submit condition reports, advising on cost and schedule impacts.
• Negotiate contract changes with clients.
