Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manageateamandprojecttimeline,ensuringalldeadlinesandfullscopeofservicesaremet.
• CommunicatewithClientsandcoordinatewithconsultantsandcontractors.
• Review and produce drawings and other necessary documentation from conceptual drawings to final install

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• 10+ years of post-graduate experience on high rise residential, preferably in the NYC market.

RequiredSkills

• Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), AutoCad, Lumion, and Enscape.
• Strong understanding in x-refs and layers
• Strong understanding of ADA and NYC Building codes, specifically multi-family building interiors, residential and amenity kitchens, and bathrooms/restrooms.
• A keen sense of interior millwork, metal/glass and stone detailing as it relates to maintaining the design intent as well is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team

Salary Range: 85,000-110,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
