Job summary

GreenPowerMonitor, a DNV company, is seeking a Project Manager within the On-site Solutions division to lead SCADA and PPC-based projects from inception to customer acceptance, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule and budget.

You will coordinate Project Engineers and cross-functional teams, oversee procurement, manage stakeholder relationships, prepare technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement with tools and processes in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and requirements aligned with customer expectations; develop plans with timelines, milestones, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate tasks across Project Engineers and teams (logistics, procurement, IT, grid integration) to ensure smooth execution and balanced workloads.
• Oversee procurement and supplier coordination to ensure timely material and service availability.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, scope, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships as the primary client interface throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation and communicate progress, risks, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance PM processes, tools, and best practices.

Job description

Your Key Responsibilities

You will manage end-to-end project execution, starting from Purchase Order receipt through to final delivery and customer acceptance.

The role involves defining project scope and requirements in alignment with customer expectations, and developing comprehensive project plans that include timelines, key milestones, resource planning, and risk management strategies.

You will coordinate and assign tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams such as logistics, procurement, IT, and grid integration, ensuring smooth execution and balanced workload distribution.

A key responsibility includes overseeing procurement activities and supplier coordination to ensure timely availability of materials and services required for project delivery.

You will ensure that all projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting customer requirements.

Serving as the primary client interface, you will manage stakeholder relationships and expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.

The role also includes preparing technical documentation and regularly communicating project progress, risks, challenges, and resolutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, you will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and best practices.
