Job summary

MMG in Boston is seeking a Project Manager to join our multi-family construction team. You will work closely with the Construction Executive to manage subcontractor relations, proposals, and contract administration while coordinating with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling to ensure accurate project estimates and realistic schedules.

You will direct the project team to deliver on-time, safe projects and perform on-site PM duties on smaller scopes, contributing to the overall success of

Qualifications

• BS in a construction-related field preferred.
• Multi-Family construction experience required.
• Podium, Wrap, or construction software experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
