What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead project execution efforts for the Rating Career Domain Continuum (RCDC) Task Order under the Navy's Learning Stack contract
- Manage Agile project metrics reporting, including velocity, cycle time, and backlog health
- Serve as the primary contact for Government stakeholders and oversee risk management activities
- Ensure compliance with project management plans and timely delivery of contractual documents
- Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain personnel security credentials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Seven plus (7+) years of experience in DoD/Navy IT program management
- Active PMP certification
- Strong knowledge of Navy cybersecurity policies and Agile/Scrum practices
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certifications
- Familiarity with RAISE 2.0 Implementation Guide and DoD Enterprise DevSecOps standards
- Experience managing teams through transition phases (transition-in/transition-out)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical familiarity with Seaware, Moodle, and Black Pearl system architectures
