What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Manage all facets of construction programs, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion while maintaining quality standards
2. Develop and review project scopes of work (SOW) and coordinate project close-outs
3. Prepare detailed estimates and manage subcontractor proposals and agreements
4. Maintain project schedules in collaboration with superintendents and other team members
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality guidelines while mentoring junior team members

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor
2. Proven experience managing multiple projects and coordinating subcontractors and vendors
3. Proficiency in producing detailed fixed-price estimates using industry-standard tools
4. Strong negotiation skills and effective resource management capabilities
5. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is desired but not required
